Conclusion



So get out there and start running! Remember, if you want to become a great runner, you need to eat the right amount of calories, the right choices of food, and do what is good for you. An easy way to make sure you are eating enough calories is to create a training log. There are good and bad types of calories. You can get good kinds of calories from whole wheat grains, lean protein, and heart healthy fats. When you know you have enough calories to train for running, you should go for it! Running can help increase your cardiovascular fitness and decrease your stress and blood pressure. But best of all, you feel better about yourself and you can increase your self-esteem just by running.
